Chattanooga Ski Club had 8 racers at the Sugar Mountain, NC race on January 7th & 8th. Marla Hood took a 2nd in the Slalom race on Saturday, and Chuck Corey took a 3rd. Kevin Cleek got a 3rd place in the Giant Slalom race on Sunday.
Although course conditions were less than optimal due to the warm weather, the team came through just fine. Because of no shows the team took a hit to their overall score, but still managed a 6th place finish in the Western Division.
Congratulations to BUDDY JONES, LARRY CLARK, & ASHLEY McCLYMONT for qualifying!
We look forward to having them help the CSC to another successful race season!

Our SECOND ANNUAL NOVEMBER'FEST' at the POT POINT HOUSE was held on Saturday, November 12 at 5:00pm in the beautiful Tennessee River Gorge. We served a delicious catered dinner, followed by a fun night of games and a bonfire.

Our November 1 membership meeting included a couple of auctions to raise money for next year's Dragon Boat race that benefits the Children's Hospital at Erlanger.
